Flurby is proud to offer a money back guarantee for all out products. We accept a 30 days return period, via trackable courier with a RMA code.

Return change of minds

The unit has to be unopened and in the same condition it was received.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges of the return delivery. Your order will be refunded upon receiving the product in its original packaging within 5 days.

Returns with technical Issues

All returns must go through Technical Support to be qualified for a refund. Once satisfied that the issue cannot be resolved we will issue a RMA to return your product our technical department will contact Customer Service and request an RMA code which includes a special returns address along with that authorisation. 

The product must be returned in a re-sellable condition.


Any returns received outside of 30 days from the original delivery date will not be refunded unless agreed with customer care.

-Damaged equipment returned even with an RMA may be subject to a restocking fee.

-Software is powered by WIFI/Internet, we do not accept returns where no internet available for devices to connect too.
– We do not refund if the issue is with the internet provider providing a sub-par service.
-No refunds on discounted clearance items and all sales are final.
-Customers are responsible for shipping charges of the return delivery. 
– Where there is a fault with a unit we offer replacement on receipt of returned unit and accessories.
– Delivery failure: We send all units via DHL for transparency, where DHL are unable to deliver return the goods and a re-delivery must be made an additional charge will be incurred.

– We guarantee all hardware on device and the android operating system. All other software on device is third party and we are unable to guarantee the level of service they provide.

– If the device’s software is altered and has to be reset we do not offer refunds for this, we will restore device for a fee. For customers with any premium recurring accounts that will be performed at no cost.

We will only refund the amount paid minus our original postage costs, as with all online stores postage is none refundable.

The terms above do not affect your consumer’s statutory right to a refund under the Sale of Goods Act 1979
